The VIN Grade
A useful record is more than a list of claims. Each contribution preserves who or what supplied it, when it was captured, the evidence attached to it, and whether independent data supports or conflicts with it. That context makes a transparent VIN Grade possible instead of pretending every data point is equally reliable.
The grade is computed by one published ruleset — record-confidence/2.0 — and nothing else in the product may invent a letter. Not money, not points, not a partner. Hover the axes to see how the example record earned its A.
Vehicle identity record
The network needs specific evidence on specific vehicles — the missing angle, the odometer frame, the receipt that closes an unknown. Missions tell you exactly what a record needs and exactly what it pays. Points vest in 14 days, pile up, and redeem slowly on purpose — for discounts, WIN store cards, gift cards, verified inspections and checks.
Identity verification is required before a first public contribution, ownership claim, professional credential or verified-grade record — not after an arbitrary upload count. An IP address is a risk signal, not proof of identity.
