Title and brand data comes from jurisdiction and national feeds when connected; until a feed is connected, records say “not checked”. Auction data comes from licensed archives. Visual, inspection, service and community evidence comes from verified contributors at their trust level.
Machine extraction
Documents you upload may be machine-read. Extracted fields are quarantined at zero weight, shown in violet, and enter the record only when you confirm them. We retain the original media, the extraction engine and version, confidence and crop coordinates for audit.
Conflicts
When evidence disagrees, we display the conflict, cap the grade and wait for evidence. We do not pick a winner.
