How do I know the $39 report is worth it for my car?
The free report counts exactly what the full report adds for that VIN: photos, odometer readings and document records (what each document shows; the original files stay private to their uploaders). Anything that isn't available for that VIN is not listed. If there's nothing extra, it says so and doesn't ask you to buy.
Do Shopper Pack credits expire?
No, not while your account is active. The pack is five credits; if you buy it from a vehicle's report, one credit unlocks that vehicle and four stay in your garage. Each VIN you unlock gets 12 months of updates from the day you unlock it.
Is there a subscription?
No. Reports and inspections are one-time purchases. Garage Pro ($79/month, cancel any time) is only for people who check many cars or want alerts on the cars they own.
What if no inspector is available?
We check coverage for the vehicle's ZIP code before asking for payment. If we don't have a confirmed inspector there yet, you can leave a request at no charge and we'll contact you if that changes. Nothing is charged for a request.
Can I pay with Win Points?
Vested Win Points can be redeemed for report discounts, Garage Pro months, store credit and gift cards. They're never required, and they never change a grade.
Does buying a report make me the owner?
No. A report gives you access to information. Ownership is a separate claim verified against title records.
